You have the option to first purchase the CE Course Package. If you later decide to upgrade to the Implant Package, the full amount you originally paid for the CE Course Package will be credited toward your Premium Package purchase.

The exact hotel details will be announced soon. Accommodations will be 4-star hotels, ensuring comfort, style, and premium service throughout your trip.
This package is exclusively offered to licensed doctors who are currently residing and practicing in the United States.
We are offering early bird discount of $500 for doctor who register by October 31, 2025. Please contact us if you have any question!
Guests or family members are welcome to accompany participants with the purchase of the accompanying guest add-on. However, they are responsible for managing their own travel, activities, and schedules during the CE course days (April 6–7). Please note that access to CE sessions is limited to licensed doctors who are registered for the course and require CE credit.

Daily breakfast is included. Lunch and dinner are only provided during the Guided Tour & CE Course days, depending on the package you have selected. Guests are responsible for any personal meal expense outside the scheduled program activities.
Cancellations are available until November 17. After this date, no cancellations, refunds, or changes will be permitted for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, personal emergencies, missed flights, or visa issues.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they satisfy all visa and entry requirements based on their nationality. DentiumUSA is not liable for issues such as entry denial, expired passports, or visa problems. If you require a support letter for your Korean visa application, please fill out the Visa Letter Request form and submit your request. We will send you a letter with the required details, but note that this letter does not replace a visa.
You must still complete the formal visa application process.You can apply for a Korean visa (or check if you need one) through the official Korea Visa Portal here: https://www.visa.go.kr
DentiumUSA is not responsible for travel delays, lost baggage, or personal incidents. Participants must conduct themselves respectfully; disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. Itinerary and activities are subject to change. For flight, we only cover international flights to Korea. Domestic flights to reach an international airport are not covered.
