Dr. David Madruga achieved a Diploma in Implant Dentistry and Advanced Certificate at the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons of England, leading towards a Masters degree in Clinical Implantology at the University of Leeds.

David served as Tutor of the Diploma in Implant Dentistry and Fellowship adviser at the Faculty of General Dental Practice, Royal College of Surgeons of England. He achieved an International PhD at the University Rey Juan Carlos (Madrid) and has actively been involved in educational programs and research for the last 15 years. He has lectured extensively nationally and internationally in dental implantology and reconstructive surgery.

He was appointed Associate Professor in Periodontics in 2018 at the University Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid. He is the Academic Director of the European MSc in Dental Implantology and the Masters in Advanced Implantology and Tissue Regeneration at the same institution.
